I redesigned 88M so the siblings would look alike.

Nickname: Scisscors(his trainer couldn't pronounce his last name so he was just called scisscors.)

Codename: Agent Wisconsin(formerly), Recovery 3(formerly), Agent 88-M, Recon 327

eye and hair color: unknown(no one has seen him w/o his armor except 1 person and his girlfriend freelancer Agent Montana is dead.)
Armor color: Black with Red trim

Armor Upgrade: Electro Magnetic field controller(Allows the user to send out defensive pulses to send opponents flying and to manipulate electrical fields in anyone's armor to electrocute them. Can temporarily disable security systems by screwing with only part of the system, short circuting the whole security system. Using this armor upgrade he can also freely manipulate anything made of metal. This ability was removed by the Meta after the events of Outpost 17-B) also can change the color of his armor. This was added by Agent WI, unrelated to the Meta's ability.
